

Anthony J. Pope

Mr. Pope gained international recognition in 2001, when his client in the heavily reported Continental Airlines “air rage” case was acquitted. As a renowned litigator, he has successfully tried a wide range of complex cases from white-collar crimes to capital murder. Annette Verdesco
Annette Verdesco, Esq., a senior associate in the law firm, specializes in criminal and civil appellate practice, matrimonial and personal injury litigation, and the representation of police officers in disciplinary actions. Ms. Verdesco graduated from Seton Hall University with a B.A. in Political Science in 1986, with honors. In 1990, Ms. Verdesco received her Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Seton Hall Law School in Newark, New Jersey. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and was appointed as federal appellate counsel under the Criminal Justice Act.
Ms. Verdesco has been successful in overturning numerous criminal convictions on appeal in the State Courts since the inception of her legal career along with the remand of several unjust sentences.

Eric Feinberg
Eric Feinberg, Esq., is an associate attorney with the firm. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University where he completed a double major in Political Studies and Policy Studies. Eric then obtained his juris doctor degree from the Hofstra University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the Federal District Court for New Jersey.
Before joining The Anthony Pope Law Firm, Eric was an associate at another law firm where he represented clients in criminal and civil matters. Over his career, Eric has also represented hundreds of individuals who have been charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Since joining The Anthony Pope Law Firm, his experience in this nuanced area of law has proven beneficial to our clients.
